NOVA is a $70 million luxury ground-up condo project with a $37 million hard cost budget. The project is roughly 95,000 SF, 24 stories, 86 units with ground floor retail. The land was assembled by combining two parcels of land and two separate parcels of transferable air rights offering a land basis 30% below market.
